premiumiptv.irish provides IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) subscription services allowing customers to stream live TV channels and video-on-demand content over the internet via compatible devices.
Subscriptions are available on 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month terms. All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed via WhatsApp-assisted checkout. Activation typically occurs within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.
We offer a free trial to evaluate our service before purchase. Trial periods are limited in duration (typically 24 hours). Trials may be restricted to one per household or IP address.

Minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps is required for HD streaming, 25 Mbps for 4K/UHD. We are not responsible for service quality issues caused by the customer's internet connection.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur and will be announced where possible. We are not liable for temporary outages caused by ISP issues, DNS issues, or force majeure events.
Channel availability may change due to broadcaster restrictions, licensing changes, or technical issues. Channel lists are indicative and subject to modification without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: violating these terms, credential sharing, reselling without authorisation, chargebacks, or abusive behaviour toward support staff. Terminations for these reasons forfeit refund eligibility.
The premiumiptv.irish brand, website design, content, and materials are owned by the Service provider. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, premiumiptv.irish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription period.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be resolved through Irish courts.
